The housing crisis: where do we go next?
The government has put a grant in place for new builds, with a 10-year investment plan. However, the underlying housing crisis hasn’t gone away, from waiting lists and homelessness to the highly ambitious target for housebuilding. Following the budget announcement this is a unique opportunity to hear from our expert panel as they draw on their experiences to explore opportunities and ideas for the sector to collectively work towards solving the housing crisis.

The housing crisis: ideas workshop
Spanning 90 minutes, this virtual workshop will comprise of two key elements: breakout sessions and an overall discussion. Following an introduction by the chair and guest speaker, the breakout session will split attendees into smaller groups, who will each be tasked with discussing a number of a specific questions. Then everyone will come back together for a group-wide discussion with the overall chair and guest speaker, with each group sharing feedback.
